Managing Top Performers

Apochromatik’s Keith R. Sbiral’s management expertise was recently featured by the Harvard Business Review.

In the article, “Managing a Top Performer Who Alienates Their Colleagues” by Rebecca Knight, Keith shared a case study of a high performer he managed who had issues engaging with others.

As the article makes clear, high performers alone aren’t enough — you need a high functioning team.  And the issues cited in the article don’t just go away. Coaching, development, feedback, empathy, compassion, and patience are all required to ensure team cohesion and productivity.

Keith draws on his extensive management experience — along with his coaching certifications and trainings — to work with professionals and teams at Apochromatik.
