Happy 5th APO-versary!
We hope you are enjoying these final days of summer. We’ve had a busy summer helping coaching clients take advantage of the job market to advance or transition, and working with teams to rebuild the trust, communication, and effectiveness that has been challenged by the last 18 months.
In the midst of all of this, as we held our weekly meeting Monday, we realized . . . .September marks Apochromatik’s 5th anniversary! Which, of course, we’ve dubbed our APO-versary. This might just be actual footage from our meeting ... or not.
Why should you care?
Well, because you got us here.
When we formed Apochromatik in 2016, we were just about to start our first coaching certifications (of many!). We had no idea that 5 years later, we’d offer a wide variety of career development, career transition, and team and leadership development services.
We didn’t predict we’d go from working remotely all over the world to opening offices in Chicago just a few weeks ago.
And we didn’t imagine we’d get to build our own team of terrific professionals from around the world who help us serve you.
Along the way, whether you’re a client, have posted a recommendation for us in a Facebook group (special thanks to you lawyer moms!), referred your neighbor/brother-in-law/colleague/spouse to us, told your boss “our team needs Apochromatik,” are a regular attendee at our goal sprints and Get Stuff Done Days, like our posts on social media, or just joined the email list last week, we are so grateful for your support.
